Discover our virgin walnut and hazelnut oils, traditionally produced in our artisan mill nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir region.
Walnut oil combines the intensity of fruity walnut and toasted bread crust aromas.
Hazelnut oil is particularly appreciated for its delicate taste. With its smooth, lightly perfumed flavor, it will surprise you with its extremely gourmand praline notes. It’s an elegant oil that combines finesse and power.
Walnut oil is naturally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega 6 (around 60%) and Omega 3 (around 12%).
Hazelnut oil is naturally rich in vitamin E. Composed of 80% oleic acid, it is a concentrate of omega 9.
Products to be kept away from light and heat.
Oils reserved for seasoning, do not fry.
