As the aperitif is sacred to us, it was while sharing a good time with friends, with our friend Louis Festa from Les Singuliers restaurant in Saint-Astier, that we had the idea of looking into a healthy and original alternative for the aperitif.
The result is our aperitif kernels, made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added fat, and concocted with passion in our workshop.
We’ve put our hearts into them, so we hope you’ll love them as much as we do!
After opening, store away from heat (< 22°C) and moisture. After opening, use within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: walnut kernels: 92%, yellow curry: 3% (turmeric, lemongrass, sweet and bird peppers, red Kampot pepper, palm flower sugar, salt, garlic, curry leaves and green mango combava, and other spices), salt, organic acacia gum*.
