Waffles with hazelnut flour

Ingrédients

  • 230 g wheat flour
  • 50 g hazelnut flour: order online
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 90 g of butter
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

  • Melt the butter.
  • In a bowl mix together the flours.
  • Add the yeast, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Beat the two eggs with the milk and butter, then add a little at a time to the dry mixture to avoid lumps.
  • Heat your waffle maker and pour a large spoonful of batter into each of the molds.
  • Let cook for about 5 minutes depending on your device.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
